Concierge
Through this service we will hire and coordinate outside contractors to provide the services that are beyond the scope of KFW Interiors. These services could include cleaning, home repairs, painting (interior/exterior), landscaping, etc. Please note all contracting costs will be due and payable directly to the contractor. KFW Interiors’ fee is solely for the Concierge service.
Concierge…$250
Personal Shopping
This service will assist you in completing the look of a new room by the addition of accessories. If you do not have the time to shop for the items that count big, which we discussed during a consultation or redesign, we can shop for you.
Personal Shopping…$70 per hour, 15 minute minimum
Decorating Consultation
This service will provide you with an in- person meeting to discuss any decorating questions or concerns that you have. This service could include consultation on window treatments, paint color consultations, flooring concerns, furniture placement, etc.
Decorating Consultation…$70 per hour, 1 hour minimum
For Sale by Owner Service
This service will be for homeowners that have made the decision to sell their house on their own, without the assistance of a Real Estate Agent. This service is intended to assist a homeowner with the selling process, without acting as a full fledged Real Estate Agent. The services will include a Staging Service (see above), assistance in creating a marketing plan, development of a beauty sheet, development and placement of ads in the Boston Sunday Globe (up to 12 advertisements – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 4 times), signage, guidance and providing of forms and documents (lead disclosure, written offers, acceptance letter, pre-qualified buyers, etc.) and open house hosting. This service will not include a price recommendation or any negotiation services. In addition, the owners will be noted as the sellers in all advertisements not KFW Interiors.
