Real Estate Staging
According to the Massachusetts Association of Realtors sales of detached single-family homes fell in 2005, and continued to drop in January, 2006. In addition, the median selling price of detached single-family homes also decreased. That is why, in today's environment, it is increasingly important to show your home in it's best possible light. Real Estate Staging is the process of preparing your home for sale, and has been proven to help your home sell faster and for more money.
Staging Walk Through and Checklist
This is the first step in the Real Estate Staging process. The consultation will include a walk through of your home and a review of the exterior. The consultation will be followed up by a written report that will provide recommendations on a room by room basis. The report will include cost and time estimates for the services that KFW Interiors can provide for you.
Walk Through and Checklist…$95
Staging Service
This service will complete the improvements that KFW Interiors can provide for you, and that were highlighted in the Staging Walk Through and Checklist. The services could include rearranging rooms (furniture, lighting, artwork),
de-cluttering, organizing, coordinating and selecting furniture rental (please note furniture rental costs will be in addition to fees shown) etc.
Staging Service…$70 per hour, 3 hour minimum
